All that has gone unmentioned

Because I'm back in school and working again I feel that I have a great excuse for not keeping up on the blogging. I don't know if it's that or lack of motivation, but I think it's an excuse, anyway. I don't want to forget the good times though!

HERE IS MY ATTEMPT TO MAKE UP FOR MY SLACKING!
Over the last few months we have celebrated Kara's 7th birthday. She's really into littlest pet shop items and so that's what she got "mostly" for her birthday. She is a very vibrant girl with a lot of motivation to convince everyone to see things her way. Whatever happens in her life, I'm positive she's already able to work her salesman side to get things done the way she wants them to be. Talk about persistent (see post in previous year). She's a great friend and student and plays with her little brother which her mom IS VERY GRATEFUL FOR.
Another fun time for the family was going to the Orem Owlz games when Kelson got to be the Bat Boy!!! He had a lot of fun doing it and I think he maybe got a taste of the big league- sort of. I had to laugh when I asked him what his favorite part was and he just said "I like all of it, but those guys seriously have some swearing problems" I guess we exposed him to more than a fun opportunity :/

We also began attending Kelson's football games. This was his first year playing and he certainly had to get used to the real idea of TACKLE. It was fun for him and he really enjoyed it. The team won 1 game this season and will hopefully finish off winning more. Am I really ready to have a son playing football? Uh, no. I don't know if it will be his first choice as a sport to play, but we are letting him try it out....I prefer soccer!
I really can't explain some of the strange things my kids have been doing. I know we had our share of ice cream over the summer and it certainly isn't as fun to eat so much ice cream now that it is getting cold. However, I did capture some yummy moments and a picture of the kids celebrating the dogs birthday (I think)! ??? A candle in a piece of cheese?
