She has a great love for all things busy, crazy and energizing.

Her favorite 6 yr old things are:

Garden squash, cucumbers and grandpas black raspberries,

Barbies, Polly pockets and riding bikes

Huge into changing her clothes for each kind of activity she might be doing. (that creates laundry- nightmare)

Her giggle is contagious.

So fun to have a "little girl" in the house, it's slipping away as she turns 6 before our eyes.

He wanted to go camping and fishing at Lilly Lake in the beautiful Uinta Mountains.

I don't know how we got to the ripe ole age of nine, but I am amazed at how much you've grown and how smart you are.

K- "Kid "with a soft heart and crazy sense of humor

E- "Easy" going (unless it involves a sport or Xbox game with dad)

L- "Likes" to and is capable of memorizing endless amounts of sports knowledge ie... player numbers, stats, game schedules, colleges recruited from, and almost any other fact about sports

S- "Sounds" he makes are a little much sometimes, but keep us guessing which food item he'll be repeating the name of for no reason next??

O- "over worried" about hair in his food-literally thinks eggs always have hair in them?

N- "new" birthday basketball hoop is a hit for the summer, practice, practice, practice.

So it's time to try another post. I think December is a crazy time to be trying out the blog thing, but there is so much to share with all the fun that is going on. I mentioned Dan and I took a trip to The Dominican Republic. We were there from Nov 2nd through the 10th. It was a life changing experience. We were able to donate our time and share our life full of abundance with people who bareley find enough to eat everyday. Pulling out rotted teeth, looking at horrible skin infections, offering some antibiotic ointment were the main daily events.....but if it made a dent it their health and happiness, that's more than they had to begin with. I'm sure I'll have plenty to share about this experience (it won't be the last time we go). So watch for more.

Recently Owen celebrated his 2nd birthday. HAPPY 2 OWEN. He is growing up way too fast. And when you know this will be the last 2 year old birthday you'll celebrate (being theres no more children to come) it makes you want to save the day forever. Owen loves cars, trains, TV especially the "war pits". For all you mom's out there he obviously means-The Wonder Pets. We get a kick out of his two year old vocabulary. Too much fun -!!!
