Grandma's Snow Party

Every year Grandma (Parry) picks a weekend after a heavy snow storm to have the kids come stay over and sled in her back yard. The hill is actually quite small, but the kids get more runs out of it that way. They had so much fun. They stayed out til after dark and again for about 4 hours the next day. Owen was unsure of the cold snow, but liked it for short periods of time. Grandma always helps them build a little ramp to start from. But the kids like building and flying of the jump they construct. I remember sledding out in the yard! It's great to see the kids enjoying the same "simple" things I used to.
